Bishop & Pastor Toney
Bishop Frank Toney and Pastor Angela Toney's journey together began as high school sweethearts, leading to their marriage in 1985. Their union has been blessed with three beautiful children: Justin, Shai, and Christian. They currently reside in Franklin County, VA. As founders of Inner-Faith Fellowship Ministries, Bishop Frank and Pastor Angela have dedicated their lives to upholding the standards of integrity, prosperity, and excellence. Their unwavering faith and commitment to proclaiming the gospel are evident in their tireless efforts to serve and honor God. Their love for introducing others to the message of Jesus Christ's love and hope is matched by their passion for restoring marriages and helping to create visions and dreams within their community. Through their ministry, they have made a significant positive impact, fostering a sense of unity and spiritual growth among those they serve. Together, Bishop Frank and Pastor Angela Toney exemplify the true spirit of service, dedicating their lives to making a lasting difference in the lives of others and their community.
Bishop Frank E. Toney Jr.
In the dusty desert sands of Saudi Arabia, God called Frank E. Toney, Jr, a native of Bassett, Virginia to the ministry. After 10 years of faithfully serving, preaching, teaching, and empowering the Body of Christ the Lord spoke to Bishop Toney in a vision saying, “It shall be Inner-Faith Fellowship Ministries”. These words from the directive voice of God were later confirmed with the prophetic projection, “Success shall be the identifying mark of this energetic and powerful young man’s ministry (Dr. Noel C. Taylor)”.
The marriage of these prophetic encounters produced the thriving ministry many experience to date! What began in the basement with four people, God has multiplied! Bishop Toney is committed to advancing God’s Kingdom. He is known for his uncompromising integrity, unshakable faith, and unifying compassion. Bishop Toney is married to his best friend, Executive Pastor Angela Toney. Together they are the parents of three beautiful children.

Angela S. Toney
Pastor Toney is the Co-Founder and Executive Pastor of Inner Faith Fellowship Ministries. She is a bridge, called to break the back of religion in marginalized communities abroad. Pastor Angela is a kin to a deep well; she has a passion for inner-healing and mentoring women to wholeness. With more than a 15 years of leadership and training experience, she is able to reach people from all walks of life!
Pastor Angela is a Regent University graduate, revered psalmist, a teacher’s teacher, servant leader, and prayer warrior. Likewise, she is an author of her first book, a guide to grief titled, “When Time Stood Still”. For over 30 years, Pastor Angela has been married to her high school sweet heart, Bishop Frank Toney. Together, they are the proud parents of three amazing children.
